Are you finding that the workloads getting a bit overwhelming or you're really getting a bit disorganised? I thought I'd just share a few tips that we've found quite useful.
I've worked from home for a lot of years and the key to it is having structure. We find at the beginning of the day that it's really good to have an agenda. This everything listed that we need to do. The other important thing is to have it a priority because we tend to do the easy things and leave the hard things to last. Whereas we need to do the most important first and then work our way through the list. The other thing I find is to make sure that you have breaks during the day. When we're working from home we tend to just sit and work at our desk all day and it's really not good for you. Every couple of hours you need to get up and have a stretch and walk around and make sure you're eating something nutritious during the day. Your brain will be thankful for it and you'll find that you're a lot more productive. The third thing that I found that's been really useful is to delegate. It's a bit daunting getting your first staff member but once you have them, it really opens up a lot of opportunities so they can do the more detail work and you're free to work on your business. There's lots of opportunities out there you don't need to employ someone full-time.

I'm happy to have a chat if you've got any questions about it. So our three big tips are make sure you have a structure and maybe an agenda to work towards in the day. Make sure that you delegate to staff members and also make sure that you get up and walk around every couple of hours. So I hope that's been a help to you.
